What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed). When you use the product, we store your documents, workspace data, and collaboration activity.

Waitlist

If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. We use it only to notify you about product updates and launch availability. You can request removal at any time by contacting us.

How we use your data

Your data is used to provide the Ennoform service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Document content is stored on our servers to enable real-time collaboration and sync.

AI features

When you use AI features, your document content is sent to third-party AI providers (via OpenRouter) to generate responses. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Inside the authenticated app we collect anonymous product analytics via PostHog (events such as signup completion, first edit, and repeat-session visits) so we can improve the product. We do not use third-party tracking on the landing page.

Data storage

Your data is stored on servers in the EU (Hetzner). Backups are encrypted at rest.

Data retention

Account data is kept as long as your account is active. When you delete your account from settings, we mark it for deletion and hard-delete the data 30 days later. During that window you can cancel the deletion by signing in again.

Subprocessors

We rely on a small set of subprocessors to run Ennoform: Hetzner (hosting, EU), Cloudflare (CDN and R2 blob storage), Resend (transactional email), OpenRouter (AI model routing), and PostHog (product analytics). Each is used only for the purpose described on this page.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you're in the EU/EEA you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. You can delete your account from account settings at any time. For access or rectification requests, email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
